Legal
The undersigned agrees to be fully responsibility for the rental of A Classy
Ride Limousine vehicle as stated above and assumes full financial responsibility
for any damage to any vehicle or any property caused by the occupants by accident,
neglect or intent.
The undersigned agrees to be responsible for any additional charges not included
in the rental charge (i. e. overtime, downtime, parking, tolls, incidentals,
damages) The undersigned agrees to be bound by following terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy : 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or minimum
charge will be applied.
•There is no smoking in the vehicles
•No alcohol will be permitted for minors.
•A Classy Ride Limousine and it’s representatives and/or driver (s) assume no
responsibility for any articles left in the vehicle at any time.
•A Classy Ride Limousine and it’s representatives and/or driver (s) assume no
responsibility for any acts , illegal or otherwise , of the occupants.
•Clean up of sick people in vehicle will be 150.00 dollars.
•The driver of the said limousine may terminate the charter without refund should
he/she deem the occupant(s) unruly or violating safe operation of the vehicle.
•A Classy Ride Limousine will not be held responsible for delays or inconveniences
due to traffic, unknown /unseen mechanical failures or situations deemed on
“ ACT OF GOD “
•If credit card is used for deposit it must be present at the time of pickup
to get a imprint of card.
• In the event the terms and conditions stated herein are not complied with,
the undersigned hereby authorizes A Classy Ride Limousine to apply charges to
the under noted credit card.
